01. FOOD
We run a flexible menu service as we recognise that you may not want a 4-course meal every night of the week, although we are happy to provide exactly that. Our Cordon Bleu Chef will talk to you specifically about your dietary requirements during your holiday.

02. WINE
Our vintner, Nicholas Perret insisted we tried some local wines when we met him earlier this year. We are pleased that he did and we are sure that you will be equally delighted with our choice of house wines. Of course, should your palate crave a greater selection of wines then please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
