During the autumn the cookery school teams up with the Original Holidays Ltd to offer a range of residential courses in their luxury chalets.
Chalet staff training
This is a five day residential course designed for people wanting to do a winter season. With a maximum of six students, the course covers menu planning, budgeting and basic cookery skills. There is also a health and hygiene certificate included.
Short breaks
You can enjoy a short break in the heart of the French Alps in the spa town of st gervais, discover new wines and taste delicious food all in the comfort in a beautiful chalet.
Maximum of 4 students per course, partners are more than welcome as the chalet sleeps 8 comfortably.
